All AirSpace Staff, including coaching staff, physiotherapy, and massage, are fully vaccinated.

Under the new Government mandates, we now also require all AirSpace students and clients to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.

Visual proof of vaccination will be required, and each individual will be asked to sign a legal document declaring that they have done this.

Attendance to any group class requires a booking reservation, which requires an active pass to hold the reservation.

PRIVATE COACHING

Our coaching staff will make every effort to accomodate students where possible, but as we have many students employing our private coaching services, all session times need to be run to schedule,

Cancellation notice for private coaching sessions requires 24 hours notice or your session may be forfeited.

AIRYOGA 1:1 PRE-REQUISITE

Please note that ALL new students who have not attended our AirYoga group classes before are required to first attend a 1:1 AirYoga Orientation session.

CLASS ETIQUETTE - RESPECT, SUPPORT, ENCOURAGE

Training is rarely easy, and striving for change often means stepping outside our comfort zone.

At AirSpace, we want to make sure we provide a happy, healthy, and safe environment for every member in our community to reach new heights, no matter where they are on their journey.

We ask all our students and staff to do their part in creating this environment by upholding three important values at all times - respect, support, and encouragement.

And remember yourself in this equation - these values aren't just to be shown to others, but to ourselves as well!

HOW TO DEAL WITH FEAR, INJURY, ILLNESS, & PLATEAUS

At some point, each of us is likely to experience one (or more?) of these obstacles.

For each of us, our personal experience with these challenges will be unique and individual, and will require more than just general advice. And that's what we're here for.

You are the expert on you and we are the experts on all things training, and that means guiding students through things like fear, injury, illness, or training plateaus!

So, if you experience any of these obstacles, or even just find yourself unsure of exactly WHAT you want your goals to be - book in a chat with us! We offer free Goal Reviews for every AirSpace student, and recommend booking these on a regular basis as a preventative measure!

INAPPROPRIATE OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR

At AirSpace, we want to provide an environment that supports and encourages our members in being the happiest and healthiest they can be. This means our studio needs to feel like a safe environment for everyone.

Whilst it is not something we have had to deal with much in the past, for the wellbeing of every member of our community, AirSpace will not tolerate any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, either towards another student or towards a staff member.

In the case of an incident, the relevant person(s) will be asked to leave immediately. Any repeat occurrences may result in a lifetime ban.

Aggressive behaviour includes verbal and physical abuse to a person or property, and includes behaviour that causes emotional harm to another.

Inappropriate behaviour refers to unwarranted or unsolicited behaviour that can be reasonably interpreted to be demeaning or offensive. This includes but is not limited to oppressive attitudes towards any minority group.
